  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

These techniques are all evidence based practices that have shown to be effective in treating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.
